Higher rates preserve more room for synthesized harmonics. They do not recover missing source content by themselves.
Controls the amount of newly synthesized upper harmonics.
Harmonic excitation is focused above this frequency to reduce muddy distortion.
Sets the top of the synthesized band. The actual output is limited by the selected sample rate.
Moves from gentle saturation toward brighter, denser harmonic generation.
Amount of synthesized sheen mixed back into the original signal.
Final peak target. The renderer applies a gentle safety limiter.
Detects short impulse anomalies and repairs them with local waveform interpolation before enhancement.
Higher values catch quieter clicks, but can become more aggressive around legitimate transients.
Reduces harsh excitation when strong high-frequency energy is already present.
